Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by All-N-One Moving ("Company," "We," "Our," "Us") to the customer ("Customer," "You," "Your") for moving and related services. By engaging Our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

All-N-One Moving offers residential and commercial moving services, including but not limited to packing, loading, unloading, and transportation of personal belongings, office equipment, and other goods. Services provided are subject to availability and agreement between the Company and the Customer.

2. Booking & Scheduling

All moving services must be booked in advance. Customers are required to confirm the booking by signing and sending the "Moving Contract."
The final date and time of service are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or vehicle breakdowns.
A final confirmation email or call will be made prior to the scheduled move.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of services.
Payments can be made via Venmo, cash, check, or card (4% fee applies to card payments).
If a move is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, the Customer may be subject to a cancellation fee of $300.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Packing: Customers are responsible for properly packing and securing fragile or valuable items unless otherwise agreed upon with the Company. All-N-One Moving is not liable for damage to improperly packed items.
Personal Items: Customers should ensure that all personal and valuable items are identified and properly packed. We are not responsible for loss or damage to high-value items unless explicitly stated in writing.
Access: Customers must ensure that the move location is accessible and that the moving crew has adequate space to park and load/unload the truck. This includes providing any necessary permits for parking or access to high-rise buildings.

5. Liability and Damage

The Company will exercise reasonable care during the move but is not liable for damage to items not packed by the Company or for pre-existing damage.
All-N-One Moving is liable for damage to items within Our control, including damage that occurs during transportation.
Customers must notify the Company of any visible damages immediately upon delivery. Claims for damage must be filed within 90 days of service.
For items requiring specialized handling (e.g., pianos, artwork, antiques), additional liability coverage may be provided at an extra cost.

6. Insurance

The Company offers basic insurance coverage as part of the service. Customers may purchase additional coverage for high-value items if desired. Customers are encouraged to verify the adequacy of the insurance coverage for their belongings.

7. Prohibited Items

Certain items are prohibited from being transported by the Company, including but not limited to:

Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, flammable substances)
Firearms, explosives, and ammunition
Live animals
Perishable items
Liquids (e.g., soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies)

The Customer agrees not to include these items in the move. The Company reserves the right to refuse to transport any such items.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate court jurisdiction.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers will be notified of significant changes.

By booking with All-N-One Moving, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
